手术室取精注意事项
Precautions for sperm collection in the operating room
1、取精前请先解小便，然后用洗手液洗净双手并擦干，最后用手消液对手部进行消毒（按七步洗手法）。
Before collection specimen, you should urinate , wash your hands with hand sanitizer and dry your hands. Then disinfect your hands with a disinfectant.
2、请在取精杯侧面，写上夫妇双方的姓名，姓名应与身份证一致。
Write the names of both couples on the sterile collection container. The name you write should be the same as the name on the ID card.
3、请用护士发放的湿纸巾清洁阴茎头并擦干。
It is recommended cleansing the penis thoroughly with the wet wipes
4、请手淫法取精，将精液全部收集至取精杯内，并盖好盖子，避免接触到容器内部。
The specimen should be obtained by masturbation and ejaculated directly into the sterile container. Avoid touching the inside of the container and replace the lid immediately.
5、精液取好后，请在“精液交接传递窗”按呼叫器，将取精杯交于实验室工作人员。
After collecting specimen, please ring the bell and open the transfer window, then wait for the lab staff.
6、如有精液洒落或其他特殊情况，请务必告知实验室工作人员。
If a few drops spill out during collection , the lab staff should be informed.
